A Sit-On Sofa
Invented by ? / instructions by Pluffina

This is couch you can sit on. Ulysses mailed me a screeny and asked for directions, so I have no idea who invented it. Here is the screeny Ulysses sent me:

This sofa faces west, and as you can see, you can sit on it. If you want one that can face south or east (but that you can not sit on) go read the directions for the basic bed. At the bottom of the page are instructions for making a sofa. First, as always, gather your materials:

This couch is going to take up 7 tiles, and we will build them in the following order:

1) In tile one, lock down a chest. Place a square pillow on top of it and lock it. Then place one of your two long pillows running east to west on top and lock it. (If you like, you can add a book on top to be a TV Guide or a drink, or whatever you like that you might rest on the arm of a sofa.)

2) (If you added the book, raise it two or three times with the dec tool.) Raise the E-W long pillow twice. Raise the large square pillow once.

3) Lock down  a bench in tile 2.

4) Lock down a bench in tile 3. Stack the small decorative pillow on top. Lock it, and raise it three or four times.

5) Tile four is just like tile one. SO! Lock down another chest. Place the second square pillow on top of it and lock it. Then place the second of the two long E-W pillows running east to west on top and lock it. (If you like, you can add a bowl of corn--for popcorn--or whatever you might want on the arm of your sofa.)

6) (If you used the corn, raise it two or three times.) Raise the long E-W pillow twice. Raise the large square pillow once.

7) In tile 7, stack a chest, a pile of 2 plaid cloth, and a long north-south pillow. Lock them all down. Raise the NS long pillow 4 times. Raise the plaid cloth 3 times. Raise the chest twice.

8) Repeat step 7 in tile 6.

9) Repeat step 7 in tile 7.

Manly huh? Its a big old manly man's sofa!
