--A Level One is an item ANYONE can make. A MONKEY could make them. A MENTALLY ILL MONKEY on CRACK could make them, as long as he had a dec tool.
--Level Two directions require one or more of the non-dec tool  standard techniques described in The Basics.
--Level Three pages are designed for experienced decorators. Here you will find instructions for objects that were such a pain to make I threw my drink across the room. Those labelled "suggestions" will not tell you SPECIFICALLY how to make something, but will show you a variety of ways a thing can be made and offer ideas and jumping off points.
